Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Europe and 7-14 business days for international orders. Please note that customized jerseys with custom gamertags require an additional 5-10 business days for production.
Can I return a customized item?
Items that have been personalized with a custom gamertag or name are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error.
